Job Title Field Quality Engineer Department FQE Report To Field Quality Director Work mode Full remote Employment Type Full-Time Travel 25% Work Site Location Czechia, Slovakia or Poland Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, We are looking for an experienced Field Quality Engineer (FQE) in Czechia, Slovakia or Poland. The FQE will be responsible for the management and coordination of the activities and operations of Quality department consistent with the requirements of the company, with a clear focus on Discrete Semiconductor products (Diodes, MOSFETs, BJTs, IGBTs, SiC Technology, TVS & ESD protection Diodes). - What you will do:
Responsibility Work tasks and content:
l Provide first level of FAR support.?
l Provides Quality overview for recruiting potential new customers?
l Provides Leadership of the Quality Management System ensuring updates are made to maintain compliance to the most current standard(s).?
l Supports continual improvement and ensure new practices used to advance process controls?
l Leads Quality’s strategic planning & budgeting initiative?
l Leads Quality organization to establish & achieve goals and objectives?
l Drives continuous improvement in Quality performance with improved efficiency, more effective tools, and reduced costs headcount?
l Drive economic profit through continuous improvement activities, including the support of the Six Sigma and Production initiatives?
l Participates as an active member of the Group Quality Team?
l Additional duties as assigned?
- What you will bring:
Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in microelectronics, applied physics, electronic science, engineering, or related fields Experience(Must) Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience across major components of semiconductor solutions with focus on power management.
At least 3 years of Quality Management and engineering experience in semiconductor products and technology.
Sound experience in Quality ManagementKnowledge(Must) Understanding of the semiconductor industry market forces and dynamics.
Good understanding of different types of power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, Diodes) and experience in selection of devices for different applications.
Abilities/Qualities Excellent flexibility, motivation, and networking
Negotiation skills with customers facing technical challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.
Approximate 25% travel required. Amount of travel will vary based on where candidate resides.Skills/Certifications Fluent in English. - Why Join MCC:
